Broward County Public Schools in Florida utilized the Master Planning for Innovation (MPI) methodology to create capability models, process flows, and a capability profile around its instructional materials processes. These presentation slides reflect a sample of the outcomes of the exercise.

APQC’s education group is partnering with the Center for Educational Leadership & Technology (CELT) on a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for a collaborative project using a comprehensive approach for planning your education reforms—Master Planning for Innovation (MPI).
