Project mentoring and training for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidates carries a dual benefit: Not only does it dramatically increase the rate of student success, but also helps ensure that Green Belt candidates carry out projects that drive business value. In a presentation at APQC’s 2019 Process and Performance Management Conference, John King from Northrup Grumman described the organization’s mentoring program for Green Belt candidates and the ways in which project mentoring played a decisive role in helping drive better business results.
