Creating or evaluating a business case for Knowledge Management (KM) can be challenging. In any case, this tool provides 20 questions that will assist you in this process. These questions are divided into five categories: strategy; roles, responsibilities, and funding; implementation; measurement; and culture. If you can answer all of these questions satisfactorily, your business case is heading in the right direction.
